A dry, light bodied, fruity mead made from black currants and honey. Earthy and tangy from the currants, spicy from the American oak aging. Serve as you would any dry red wine at room temperature. 11.5% ABV.

Off dry, light and delicate traditional mead. Serve with sea food, poultry or a green salad. Dryness of a Chardonnay with a light honey finish.
